i bet the # of champions per sire's registered calves is outstanding.

According to one members calculations on the # of calves TImeline has sired it would be well over 20%

I have semen for the 4W bull for the US

4W about a year ago.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ngkqfJOlen8
This bull is very impressive for his performance and I think a lot of his weight comes from his extra length. Benders won Premier Breeder and Premier Exhibitor and again this year had an impressive string of solid red cattle. They definitely have breeding program with a focus.

The place went wild when the Supreme bull was selected. He was a tremendous Horned Hereford bull shown by the Leachman family. Buddy Leachman has ALS ( Lou Gerig's disease) and he was there in a wheelchair for the win. There were lots and lots of tears from family, friends and exhibitors. I saw many tears wiped from the eyes of some pretty tough cowboys. This was an outstanding bull who was sound in every way and he was my pick for the Supreme title.

Some of the females were dryed off I'm sure, although there were a few in the final 10 that I know for sure were nursing. Leachman's horned bull looked exactly how a Horned Hereford bull should look.......he was outstanding. IMO the 10 final bulls all deserved to be there and looked the part.
