We've had two. Both were 65-70 pounds and came out of 1st calf heifers. The first one was backwards so we had to pull him but the second one was born unassisted. Good calves - they put a lot of muscle on with time.

I used him. Not impressed. Had a 75 pounder out of a heifer. Ok calf, nothing special.
Had one out of a cow. 95 pounds, really nothing special.
So far, I will not be using him again. But maybe the calves will improve with age.
I mean, I hate to talk about a bull for fear of prosecution and "libel". So on second thought, I think he is wonderful bull. Yeah, wonderful.

Get over yourself, surely even you can tell the difference in saying you don't like the calves out of him and penning a genetic defect on a bull with no test or proof!

i have several out of Copyright and the stoutest Ace Daughters we got from Deiter's dispersal.  Calves all came easy, but at this time, I won't be using him again.  I prefer the New Edition calves.  They are squarer hipped, deeper ribbed and stouter than the Copyrights on phenotypically less desirable cows.
