Correction hoof trimming north Texas- SE Oklahoma

We have a bull with a sand crack that needs trimmed and repaired. We have been suggested to have it glued up and him shoed to keep the hoof from splitting again while healing. Need someone who has the ability to fix cracks causing lameness.
We are located in South East Oklahoma near Durant, OK north of Dallas, TX but willing to travel.
