We are running a few cows for some folks and was wondering what cost/head/day people usually charge for both feeding hay, and running on pasture.  Some are pairs and some are heifers so.......  and just an FYI we are in the great state of CO.

I don't know your situation but here are some averages for our area on the western slope. On pasture the average is $18.00 per month per pair, and $16 per head for yearlings. Feeding cows hay is costing $.105 per pound of hay, then you would have your time and cost of machinery on top of that. Hope that helps.
