We're having trouble too! We've invested thousands of dollars in it. The system worked great when you have the latest technology; However, Their customer service has always been poor and slow to respond.
We recently heard that the owner is in trouble with the government. We have the latest receiver and software, but NO transmitters!! (We sent them in to get service in Feb before the breeding season.) The one time that we got someone on the phone, they told of us of the legal issues with the owner and that we likely wouldn't get our transmitters back...that they have put everything on hold.
