Have a heifer that got bred late , she is six months bred but no sign of utter development , is their any chance that she might milk or let her take a ride now to the sale barn?

I agree, even if you do end up selling her she will be worth more with a live calf.

Some have almost non-existant udders until they get 2 weeks out, others start changing very early. I would wait and see how she does with a calf.

Agreed, the worst that could happen is you have to bottle feed it and sell the heifer. I would keep her and let her calve sometimes heifers won't start bagging up until they start the birthing process. GL

I'd let her calve.  Six months along is too early to tell what kind of bag she'll have as a cow.  Heifers will bag up anywhere from weeks before calving to day of or I've seen a few that don't have a decent looking udder until a couple days after calving.  Keep in mind also that the size & shape of the udder can have little to do with the amount of milk she will produce.
