Cunia probably was/is the most influential bull with clubby and Maine genetics. He is impressive in terms of being able to thicken most cattle up. Used on dairy based cattle he will beef up his offspring better then just about anything. His females were also awesome plus he was relatively a very easy calver. I consider him the great downsizer of the Maine breed. Clubby folks love this bull for good reasons.
The negatives are, he probably carries the Monkey Mouth gene and toes out badly off those front legs. He was a little plainer fronted compaired to some other Maine bulls.
