It's very cool- anyone know what this is called? What's also strange is that the animal has a cow head and a bull body. Looks like a healthy guy though.

Developmental Duplication ????

It appears that there's a whole rib cage structure and possibly at least a portion of the front leg structures too in the duplicated one....how unusual is that....looks like he might be steered....no or very small testicles so may that's why his head is feminine as you pointed out.  I didn't know DD could be that extreme.????

I read through the comments and a few other people suggested DD.

You were right about him being a steer- see the Facebook comment attached as a photo.
