I have often said that Denver offers an unique exoerience... a combination of some of the poorest facilities on earth along with one of the best atmospheres on earth. Denver is definteley a Disneyland for adults! I have only missed a very few Denver shows in the past 30 + years. It is my annual pilgrimage to " The Mecca of the beef world"

You're probably more right than I would like to think. To me it's all of the BS that goes on anymore whereever you are. I do usually love the weather in Denver & most of the PPL are great. It just bugs me all of the politics that have to go on seems to be getting worse and worse. There again maybe I'm just getting older & older.

Love Denver. Don't think the facilities are that bad until you've been to Agribition!

A good or bad Denver all depends on the weather.  I've seen it sunny and 60 and two hours later a blizzard hitting.  You just have to plan for anything.

Denver is all ways a good time... Leaving Thursday as well..

I have always Loves Denver.  Good Cattle, Great People, and Good Whiskey.  But I attended Agribition this year for the first time.  It is For sure the Denver of Canada. and Probably more fun.  Not the same caliber cattle, or not as nice of facilities,,,but WOW WHAT A PARTY!!

I heard today on Denver radio they are once again looking for a new location with new facilities. Problem with the new stuff is losing all the memories many of us old timers have experienced there all of these years.

I have always liked the pen shows and the yards. The atmosphere can't be beat if the weather cooperates.

I can not wait! This is our first year going, and hopefully a few more will follow. We are coming from CA and will be there wed, thus, fri and maybe sat. What are some have to do things while there? Good eats?

I agree, if you move the NWSS it may not seem like "Denver" any more.  I have been going for over 20 years and it is what it is......it's Denver.  I hope they leave it as is.
