Seeking your input as to the quality and value of a used
Digi-star scale.  Included bars, digital readout, and basic
platform.    Something like 6600 pound capacity.

Best guess is about 5 years old and never used.  Stored
inside.

What's it worth folks?

I am looking to buy it from a friend or would forward info
to a member here if I can't swing it.

I found the setup below on Craigslist asking 1500 negotiated to 1100. It only has a 3300 capacity. I am pleased with the scale. The company I work for also has a couple of smaller systems for weighing pigs. I had to have the ends replaced that connect the weigh bars to the scal head on that setup. I suggest plugging in the scale, stand on it, and then lightly stress all of the connections on the scale head. If you get any variation in the weight, the you need new ends on it. That will cost ~$150. Customer service is great.
