These three full sibs have been out for a few years now so Im looking for opinions on which bull has worked the best for yall.  Ive used King Meyer in the past and have a few Mammas Boys on the way in a few weeks but have no experience with Doctor Meyer.

I am curious as well.  I have liked King Meyer since he came out and I have a straw of sexed heifer semen out of him but have been holding out using it until I can see what he works the best with.  What have you found he works good with.  I was thinking about ordering some Doctor Meyer this spring.  I think he may be the most complete looking of the three.

we have 3 mamas boy 2 yr olds one has already calved the other two not far behind and we have one yearling heifer.  All are great looking females the udder on the one is great raising her angus calf just like you would want. As calves they came easy only one touched was backwards wouldn't use on heifers but not monsters and have lots of growth.

Good question Woody.  I am interested also.  I used quite a bit of Meyer 734 sons the last few years but never any out of the Harietta cow.

What type of cow do the Meyer x Harietta sons work best on?

Are your cows black? I am curious about using some different meyer bulls and I was wanting to know if any of them are Homo black? I was thinking about using them to try and get some good club calf cows down the road and was wanting black calves. Between WHW and meyer those are the best club calf moms out there, so if I got some meyer moms and later bred them to WHW, I should start getting some really good club calf moms down the road that I could possibly flush.

i have an angus cow bred to mommas boy due to calve in the next 12 days.  the cow is a moderate frame good momma that raises a good calf every year.  I will post some pcs of the calf when it hits the ground.  Im chompin at the bit to see what they look like.  i hope they will nick well with this angus cow.  I have spoken with some folks that have used mommas boy but they had all bull calves.  I will keep yall posted.

I have had the chance to see a meyer meyer son 15 months old at TSU.  He is very course fronted and not the best bull that they have on feed.  He is out of an angus cow.  the bull has pretty good bit of leather on his neck and just imo not very impressive.  I would not use the bull in my operation.  I know he was not one of the bull on this topic but i thought i would throw that in.  Just a little FYI.

Ive had a few King Meyer calves over the last two years and Ive been happy with them.  I have 3 Mamas boy calves comin this year so it will be nice to compare them.  After using both bulls I had a good friend of mine from Nebraska tell me that Doctor Meyer was the most complete of the 3 so that is what I was wondering about.  I havent had the opportunity to see any of these bulls in person.  The KM calves ive had where nice clean made 5 frame cattle with decent hair (for bein simmi) that feed good and grow nice. However, he wont make them any deeper than the cow they are out of but does make them flashy.  I was just wondering if I was missin the boat on the better bull.

Just had a momma boys calf last night.  dont know what the sex is or have anypics yet but the calf is solid black with a white band over its poll.  the calf is very tall thought compared to my american JT calf that was born at the same time.  I will load pics as soon as possible.

Hey Woody,

Have you ever heard of, or seen the "Exorcist" bull, full brother to Doctor Meyer, King Meyer, Mama's Boy, and etc that Ernie is promoting?  Wondering where he ranks in the equation ???

Also, who is the Strictly Business x WAG Harietta bull (his name), and anything about him.

Not sure about the full sibs to the meyer x harrietta  but i do believe you are talkin about Superman as the Business x Harrietta.  I have absolutely no experience with that bull at all.  I dont even have any good or bad gossip to share. Sorry.  Keep me updated if you find out more about the sibs to King Meyer, thanks.
