(lol) Ok, imagine this. I'm working w/ my heifers in the barn. I start blowing the one out & she's getting hair that is standing up! What do I do? The hair dance what else? O0
I know, I get excited over very small things but this is one of them. What excites you that makes you want to do a dance or a jig?
Come on now, let's all do the hair dance! you put one foot out & shake it all around, wiggle & jump up & down!

I am dancing a hair jig today...the weather FINALLY broke!  It's supposed to be cool...in the low 80 to upper 70's for the weekend and then the upper 60's to low 70's next week!  I can just HEAR the hair growing.  Do you know that 70's song about hair?  "Give me a head with hair, long beautiful hair, shining, gleaming filled with Sullivan's show sheen"...oops, those aren't quite the lyrics but you know what I mean. (lol)

You just have to love how easy it gets to grow hair when God  lends a helping hand. It is almost like corn growing in mid summer. Cab

Things are poppin' around here too. I have been training, training, training and Wed I decided to try my luck and sure enough up pops the hair. I had a little help from Tina Turner on the CD.

CAB- I agree with the Helping Hand. I need all the help I can get!

I'm showing this heifer tomorrow, but mid Oct is my target date and so far, so good.

Keep on blowin' everyone.

I'm jealous of you folks that have time to work on it right now.

Real work like moving into a new house, my day job, + having to check on cows is keeping me and mine from having time to spend at the barn like we ought to.  We see that hair growing but we aren't having enough time to play with it.

Chambero, take a step back & breath, let God grow the hair. You'll get to it when you get caught up. Cab

Remember Chambero, this is my job working w/ the cattle & hair. I give anyone extra points that has a full time job, raises kids & has a life & can grow hair too. Me, this is my life this time of year!

Red, have you considered investing in an afro pick? Sullivan's might even carry them. I heard they can help make the hair really pop and stand on end, especially for those with the already good kinky, fuzzy hair. Just think, you could be dancing the ROBOT and playing reruns of SOoooUL TRAIN!

When the hair is working good and the heifer is just flat out awesome we play "Shes a Brick House" in our barn. Even play "Super Freaky" when its better then good.

yeah my Heifer had awesome hair last year when I got her but not alot of leg hair and she took reserve grand at are state fair at 8 months old. She slicked out right after that and has looked horrible this summer but has won her class at every show. Well anyways I just started feeding SHAG and in 3 weeks she has about an inch of hair growth and leg hair thats growing from this  :-\ to this  O0. So I'm hoping with her new hair growth that she'll do okay at Fort Worth.
