I have one, had it since January and love it for the most part. It does have a big learning curve, to use it to its full extent. I bought it because I teach on-line classes and I needed a way to hook up with my classes when I was away from campus. We are so rural we have no cable or anything out here - we do not even have a land line for phone use (who needs one now anyway?). It worked for most applications (can download PDF's and work in files), but I still ended up getting wireless through Verizon just last week (I am teaching 4 classes this semester, and needed better access). So, it works well, and is a good phone. My daughter can get around real easy, but my husband can not figure it out! Figures...
