EMBRYOS-- fresh or frozen?

Wondering what everyones experience is with transferring fresh or frozen embryos?  How much better do you typically do in terms of conception with fresh versus frozen??

we always do better with fresh.

I have seen very little difference between fresh or frozen in regards to pregnancy rates, but I would think it is only sound reason to expect to get better results from fresh implants over frozen ones. My ET people say that the gap between fresh and frozen has narrowed to where they are virtually similar, but even after my own results, I guess if I had to chose between fresh or frozen, I would implant the fresh ones first.

Fresh ones have been good for us, we even have good luck putting 3's in fresh and freeze the1's.

I think it 's pretty close - or seems that way to me.  One thing with the fresh is that they'll put in the #3s and with frozen, you only get #1's & 2s.   

our old embryologist freezes everything, though we've had no success getting any of the frozen 3's and 4's to take.  We've implanted fresh 3's and had them take, and we've put a 3 & 4 together and had them take. 

Fresh always seem to work a little better for us.  And like previous posters point out,you can use the 3's  and  4's fresh but not frozen. 

We have the same rate with fresh and frozen, we do put in fresh #3's, also only freeze 1 and 2's.

  need some explantion on how the grades of embryoes are. On this read that they don't like to freeze grades 3 and 4 .
