This is the first year that I have used the Estrotect patches and I was wondering once you see the patch that is the majority red do you breed it then or do you wait the 12 hours or so?  Thanks!

Gage it by what you saw last night or this morning. Were there any signs of her coming in last night or going out this morning. IF nothing you may just split the difference and breed her noonish.

If the patch is completly rubbed off and the cow is not standing, I go ahead and breed.  If still standing, then I would wait until the afternoon to breed.  The patches are great for catching those nighttime heats.

Ok I pulled the cidrs on Sunday and try to check them as much as possible but I work long hours and I am away from the farm about 12 or 13 hours staright.  Just was curious no signs this morning when I left but hopefully some signs when I get home tonight.
