Give out your favorite brand of BBQ sauce or if you prefer you own recipe, you can divulge your secret.

My favorite is Sticky Pig BBQ sauce. They also make a good rub and a Mustard sauce that is great on brats.

I really dont like may BBQ sauces but the southern style ones with the viniger base are the ones that I like the best.  I also like the mustard based sauces.  I made one a while back with a apple cider viniger and a spicey brown mustard with some different spices thrown in.  MMMMMMM on pulled pork it was great.

A little salt - why mask the taste of a good piece of beef! RW

I use my BBQ sauce for ribs, and whole chickens.
If a steak is good, it needs nothing.... not even a dash of salt and pepper.

I have to agree with FutureBreeder... a good Iowa Chop (a chop that is 1 1/2 thick) is darn near unbeatable.... and not beatable when it comes to reliability and predictability. Which is why the pork industry is one up on the beef industry.
