Get a 5 gallon pail of feed grade molasses and mix it 1 part molasses to 5 parts water and stir it well. Then once you have your feed in the bucket and ready to feed, top dress the molasses water on it and stir the feed until it has the desired moisture level. We use a mortar mixer on an electric drill for our poor man's feed mixer and it has worked well for years.
