Feed Mix

So I am starting to think that it may be cheeper to mix my own feed. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should put in it. I am thinking of putting in oats, barley, flaked corn, beet pulp, minerals and salt, canola oil, lint seed oil, cotton seed.

Check out AAOK's feed formula. It's as good as any you'll find and will give you some idea as to amounts of different ingredients. You'll be able to substitute some ingredients so that you can use things that are readily available in your area.
