where is a website that will tell me rations for feeder cattle  as in how many pounds of hay/corn/glutton to be feeding a day

Best bet is to get in touch with local nutrionalist. I use an all tech rep with excellent results. Typical rule of thumb is to start at 1% body weight on concentrates like barley or corn and 10%dry matter total ration. Increasing percentage concentrate and total ration as animals intake increases. To hit different target gains you main need a good protein supplement as well but if forage is high quality just a good mineral will go a long way. Good luck
