I like them with more length hook to pin and not so rounded off in the hip. I also like a little more length over all. Good luck with him, bred to the right cow Im sure he will do well,

Appreciate the comments , tried to put a video up and show them moving but couldn't get it to fit ....I thought the bull might be a little closer to what the steer people need
as far as a purebred charolais  on some cross cows ....Hook to pins not sure the comparison but he scanned over 14 inch ribeye ,marbling was below average ,but only .25
hundreds of rib fat ....  Here is a bull with a little more Charolais  look, video's would give you a clearer look ....They are both on u-tube under FRED RANCH ...

The width of base in the first bull is amazing!! I really like him! I would say that he is a bit weak in the flank though. Has a very flashy look to him!

The second bull is the kind of bull that I would turn out with my commercial cows as he will produce excellent feeder cattle. Maybe not the show Charolais type though.
