First snow! how will they react?

well northern WI just got its first snow.  but how will my calves react to it? will they even know whats going on?

Tie them in a barn during the day and blow them out.  I don't notice a big difference.

I don't worry about the cold so much as long as they have a dry place to lay down and a way to get out of the wind if they want.

They are cattle! They live outside in the elements, snow, wind, rain, hail they are used to it, they have hair for a reason, it protects them. You shouldn't worry so much about them. A man running 1500 head in Colorado, like the Toole feedlot, doesnt have time for every calf to have a warm, dry place to stay out of the snow.
