Fitting instructions

Can anyone tell me the steps on fitting a steer after the good clip job?  (without ording the Stierwalt DVD) or does anyone have one they don't need?  No fitter offers yet?  Better learn I'd guess...just in case-- Think we can do . .  have taken one class at Tarleton, but would like a rundown of the steps and in what order.  Plus what do you different say steer vs heifer  --
Kinda know but any advise would be appreciated.
