Fu Man Chu's as Cows

We had a Fu Man Chu out of a Dirty Harry x Full Flush/Total Play cow this spring and we've decided to keep her.  She is a freak!  We hope to use her to make really good steers, she's jam packed with muscle and bone and is very sound.  I was wondering if anyone else had any experience with the Fu's as cows.  She was little at birth (70 lbs) and is much bigger than her contemporaries.  Dam is a great milker and always weans our biggest calves. 

I think they make good cows as long as they milk. I got one that is fu x whiskey. She raised a freak neaked big boned here I am this year.
