Looking back through the Caldwell sale results I noticed some full sib MAB embryos that sold for $3,250 per egg. This is the first full sib to promo bulls I've really ever seen offered.. If the mating worked once it should work again right? Does anyone know of any full sibs out there now?

Master of puppets or MOP is a full brother to Monopoly. They both throw great calves.

There are lots of examples of cows being full sibs to promo bulls too

Lay Show Cattle in Nebraska own a full-sib to Salty Dog that they are promoting. Believe his name is Madd Dawg, but don't quote me on that.

Headliner, All Aboard, Monopoly, Park Place, Master of Puppets, Hurly, Hugo, and Opportunity are all full brothers. Headliner was Hazel's natural calf and all the others came out of the same flush. We have one female out of that flush and I will post a pic.

Any difference in how MOP and Opportunity breed as a substitute for Monopoly?

I'm thinking... What is the value of the progeny of that flush.  AMAZING!

I'm also anxious to see the female Pic!

Have you not heard of sales such as Frozen Gold, Embryos on Snow, or Donors on Ice, along with many others?

http://primetimeagrimarketing.com/Sales/13-14/FrozenGold.pdf

I attached a link to the 2014 Frozen Gold Catalog that was held during the Ohio Beef Expo in March.  Just a quick look through it, and I saw opportunities for a full sib bull or heifer to Dameron First Class, Angus bull whose semen is selling for $5000+ a unit; full sib embryos to the 2013 Ohio State Fair Champion Steer; full sib embryos to the Supreme Champion of the 2013 North American International Junior Heifer Show and
Supreme Champion of the 2013 Kentucky Expo; and a heifer pregnancy and full sib sexed embryos to the heifer that won Grand Champion honors of the 2013 NAILE Junior Simmental Show and the 2013 Ohio State Fair Open Show.

Found all of that by lot 8, and there are 38 lots in the catalog.

Edit- Also found the sale results, and thought you might like to see what these lots brought.

All prices are what the entire lot brought, so you'll have to divide it accordingly depending on how many embryos were in the lot.
