Just wanted to post a few pictures for y'all.  Crose Donor 601 is a new donor cow I bought last spring.  She is a Tugboat X Maine/Simmi 6 yrs old.  Let me know what your thoughts are.  Previous owner was trying to breed for Hereford steers never panned out.  Flushed her to Solid Gold and transferred 12 live embryos for fall calves.  Will be exciting

The 2 pictures are of her hereford calf.  She is sired by a purebred hereford called Perfect Timing.  She is for sale and it is posted in the classifieds.  Just want to get y'alls opinions on them. Thanks!

Thanks for the comments.  I'll probably stick with what bulls are working for these Southern slick shows.  She will put the hair on her calves as well.  DiamondCattleCo, message me regarding the embryo package deal. I'm actually considering flushing her to MAB for Northern calves.

Typically those in the plus 50 age break give justifiable, sound, logical, well thought out advice...  whereas those in the under 30, and especially the under 20 crowd tend to follow the trends of new, hot, and popular-- these may, or may not be good picks, depending on the situation at hand.

As I get older, I find this truer and truer- My days of following advice by unknowns are over, and the days of using good sources who were there, and saw-- are getting more popular than ever...

Funny really, but sometimes old timers know certain things on pedigrees that just 'click' with other things on pedigrees...

Or because these bulls have never really done anything.
