Looking to get a new generator and was curious if anyone has the Generac GP7500E.  (9375 starting watts and 7500 running watts)  I'm wanting something that will pull a couple blowers with no problem.  Let me know your thoughts.  Thanks!

I don't know about the 7500, I own the Generac 8500 and I love it. I run 3 blowers and clippers together with no problem. It is heavy but it is on wheels. I looked at buying a Honda but I could not justify the cost, so I bought the Generac 8500, Not as quite as a Honda but not that loud and has more than enough power behind it, has electric start and pull start. Over the winter I had the battery disconnected, turned on the gas valve and 3 pulls it fired rite up, no disapointment at all with it, great generator.

A blower generally runs at 13-16 amps, 16(amps) X 120(volts) =1920(watts) ,  so if your looking to run a couple blowers you are laughing with a 7500 running watt generator.

It is not the watts that end up causing the issues.  We have a 7500 watt craftsman that we bought during a power outage and it will just run one blower.  It only has one 20 amp breaker so two blowers will blow the breaker.  In contrast I also have an old no name generator that was given to me that is 5500 wats but has 3 20 amp breakers and it will run 3 blowers.  So make sure you have enough breakers to cover the watts.  One 20 amp breaker will run one blower.
