goat pregnancy question

i have raised my fair share of bottle babies, and now my bottle baby is having babies. Her bag is starting to fill and its probably a little more than a handful (to give a size example.)  how far along are they when their bag is in that stage?  She was in a pen with a billy but i have no idea when she concieved or went into heat.  Please give me your comments and opinions.
