I'm wondering how many consumers even question this package of fish?  Maybe they should also say that it is Gluten free and 100% organic!

I work in one of these hippie health food stores stocking the freezer and I have to answer a lot of unbelievable questions. I could almost imagine customers being concerned about some kind of GMO fish pellet or lousy water in fish farms. ALMOST. But it turns out this is true.
But, you have to have the right kind of fish genetics to get then to finish on pond weeds......

I recently had someone tell me they only bought "grass fed" turkey meat!  I've worked with the turkey industry for 30 years and I didn't know there was such a thing!!

Search Grass Fed Tilapia. You will be surprised. There are Grass Fish  farms all over Oklahoma, and I would guess many more in Texas

I have a Marine Biologist friend in Galveston growing fresh water Shrimp in farm ponds, all grass fed.

Someone came in the store trying to sell Heritage Breed Grass Fed turkeys for $7/lb.
Wild turkeys don't live on grass, so I think it's pretty bogus.
