Does any one know of any tricks to help get rid of poop balls. Try to bath as much as possible but it has been really cold lately and has been hard to try and get him washed. I heard of spraying WD40 in and letting it sit but don't know really anything about it. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Yes just spaying on WD40 and letting it sit helps a lot. Then get him wet put some soap on and dont worry about getting it all out in one wash. The blower will help loosen them too  with out pulling much hair out.

Also keep them in deep bedding it seems to help. We dont have any place indoors to wash and I have managed to keep 3 of the clean by cleaning their area daily and giving them a good place to lay thats clean and dry.

It seems like the more you can work the poo balls out of their hair the less it will accumulate especially if you can make a clean dry spot for them to bed.  We are in the same boat weather wise and having a clean dry place to lay makes all the difference in the world.

ANY oil will help, if WD-40 is not a easy option for you, you can use baby oil, vegitable oil, etc..

I started using the "EZ-All" Foamer or sprayer whichever you want to call it. It works pretty good, I didn't think it would since it is supposed to be all natural shampoo, but our steer, the one in my pic had scours and it was all stuck in his hair pretty bad. I sprayed him down with it and it just broke it loose. Found out it works great on Lambs also, best part, no scrubbing. Hope this is helpful.
