Always used SHAG before with good results as far as holding hair not growing it in the spring/summer months. Was curious about the other products and results

RICE BRUSH, HOSE WITH COLD WATER COMBO!  ANYONE AGREE

I think show bloom and a constant rinse, brush, and blow program work better than anything else...

I will agree with everything said above, cold water, and a rice brush work great.  I would get a roto brush, works great at our house, really helps leg hair pop.    BUT I will say that since we started using shag, with the same rince and brush program our hair has improved allot, but you cant stop using it once you start, two weeks after stopping shag, they will shuck hair fast, but supplements alone won't grow hair, it still takes hard work and dedication.

cold water, brushing, blowing, and keeping lights off and fan on steer seem to help me(lol rogaine too (lol) jkjk) tried the rotobrush idea...well didnt work out so well, steer flipped out and went kicking crazy not sure if it was the drill or brush or both ??? Sooo PAShowman u heading out the the Beef expo in a few weeks?

With that Roto Brush, you have to start slow.  We always just rub the brush on their legs and don't turn the drill on at first.  Then you can start letting it turn and they'll get used to it.  Once they get used to it, they LOOOVE it.  We do it all over their bodies twice a week, and down their tops and legs twice a day in the summer.

Actually i wont be heading to Southeast but my steer will be there. I m going to be attending OBE

does rogaine actually help hair grow on steers?

Yes it does. But it takes many boxes..

I agree with everything above. I would like to add conditioner. It makes that hair much softer and healthier and allows it to grow faster in my opinion. We condition at least 3 times a week. Doesn't have to be anything fancy just the regular 75 cent stuff at the local store.
