I guess I didn't know he was a clone. What is he a clone of?

He's not a clone.

As far as papers go, I couldn't find anywhere that he was registered either Chi or Maine.  We've been showing a Hairy Bear daughter, and I tried to find a way to paper her but couldn't, so we ended up just running her commercial.

No i am talking about hairy bear. He is a clone to one of chances steers that did a lot of winning for him. Romeo is from a different steer. Hairy Bear is one of the first clones to be put on the market thats why he is not registered.

Why can you not register a clone? Not that i'm big on clones but that doesn't make sense to me, its the same animal that is registered.

Hairy Bear is sired by Lifeline, a purebred Maine Bull according to Launter.  But he is not registered.  We are also showing a Hairy Bear heifer as a crossbred  Like her alot....

If he is a clone why didnt they say he was? Lautner advertised all the other clones he has as being clones, the heatwaves, who 2, ali 2, ect.

I knew Hairy Bear was a clone but I though he was a clone of one of Sterwalts steers. I attended one of his clinics a year ago and Im pretty sure that he said Hairy Bear was a clone of one of his steers that one Louisville or somethin. I could be wrong on that, maybe I just heard him wrong.
