Is anything done with them after they are killed? Meaning can they be processed for meat. I know they are a hugh problem but seems like a waste if they are not eaten.

Big feral hogs like that are better left for the birds. You could process one, but the meat is pretty bad. Smaller ones are usually okay to eat but it wouldn't be my first choice.

The ranch hands will go pick up a couple that don't have too many holes in them :) But they populate so fast that there's no reason to worry about the lost meat.

What is you firearm in the video? looks like a suped up SKS or AK of some kind?? would either those calibers (7.62) be big enough to take down some of those hogs? I have always seen most folks go with the .308 in an AR-10 or a big bore bolt action
