I have been told Hef would be an easy calving bull for my heifers. I found that Hef was sired by a bull described as KC Maine x Frog x Higginbotham Angus. Can someone tell me what the “KC” represents? Thanks
You bet wish I knew more on him to tell you besides that and he is the cornerstone of Airhart's program a lot of linebreeding to him has been done and all of their bulls go back to him
Use hef pretty regularly on my clubby heifers they come small, smooth and grow fast. What more could you ask for a first calf. Steers are marketable, and heifers are productive females.
