sounds like you are a composite breeder.  what evidence do you have that you are getting better at selling as opposed to showing?  what is your stopping point for PCC cattle, really just low end of bell curve (growth wise) cattle from ohlde and others.  how will you stabilze your cattle size?  or will you rely on the anti-PCC cattle to turn you around.  the bouncing all over the place will lead to unpredictability.
