I have been using high octane power fuel and am very happy with my results! I worked up to 6 oz 2x's a day then dropped back down to 4 on my 5 8-10 month olds. 4 of them are breeding heifers and they started to ramp up a little to much. Overall I'm very happy with it! Hope this helps!! ;D

I used it on some heifers for about two months and it brought out there full potential, it brought it out so much i quit using it.lol  It put on muscle and really amped up there appetite.  I think it would be a awesome additive for a steer, but would be hesitant to feed there suggested amount to a heifer.

Crushertown - I agree about the heifers 100% that's why I dropped mine down below the recommended level! But it worked pretty good pretty fast!

I've never used it on a bull...

How fast do you think the results are ?

Somewhere around the two week mark.  I started out feeding 2 oz 2x's a day for a couple days, then up to 4, then 6.  I don't believe they were on 6 oz 2x's a day for much over a week until I dropped them down.  It's been a few months so I don't remember the exact timeline. Sorry.

Believe this, i am not a dealer of purina products or get anything from them, but this product when i used was just short of amazing.  I fed it to some hiefers for two months and it was unbelievable of the muscle growth they obtained, so much so, i took them off of it.  lol  This is the real deal stuff and price wise compared to other products is reasonably priced.  I pay 42 dollars for a tube.

High octane is a high protein supplement.  I for sure noticed that it ramped up there appetite and muscles from the back and along the top end started popping like crazy.  I would for sure recomend it as a top dress additive on a steer but used cautional on heifers.  Good luck with it.

There are 3 High Octane products -- Fitter 35, Power Fuel and Champion Drive Top Dress -- Sounds like each poster is talking about something different.  Only one said it was Power Fuel.
