I just looked @ the web page and found this calf's dam.  www.hillhavenshorthorns.com

I hope she looks as good in person as the picture. Can somebody from Ontario stop and look at this bull for me?

Explain the whole Lincoln red deal too?  Does he paper as a purebred down here?

The Lincoln Red is 7/8 in the states.... I think... He does look like he is a very good bull and considering the buyers I would be willing to place money on his quality.  His 99lb actual BW doesn't bother a lot of breeders in my area but I actually thought that you preferred lighter weights (going off another threads opinions). He evidently had a pretty awesome paternal brother that was available at Agribition Hlll Haven Summit 5X

Dale's Hill Haven Summit 5X is an awesome calf and he looked really good at Agribition. Lots of muscle, smooth with tons of eye appeal and a beautiful dark red color.

Looks like that has changed as Hill Haven Bold 5X is asterisk free in the US, here is his registration # x4170015. SHAVER GUARDIAN 20G also in the pedigree was Lincoln Red and he is 7/8 in the ASA *AR28300. Bold's dam is a Lincoln Red. There were some really good Lincoln's used up here and they were included in our herd book until about 3 years ago when the Lincoln's separated mainly to preserve some purity on their part.
Here are the dam's of the two bulls. Bold's dam is the Lincoln Red Mcqueen-vues Happy Go Lucky and summit's is Hill Haven Sierra 7S. Gotta love 7S's udder!

Not that I am a Shorthorn person but he is a good looking bull and that bottom red cow is also. Looking at their cows the Rose 3M looks like Illawarwa cows my Grandparents milked  ???
