Wow, that is a long time to wait to get paid. Must be having problems getting buyers to pay up. I sure feel for the kids who are probably tying to come up with money for next year's project or mayble pay back mom and dad.

They put all the money in cd's to draw interest on it before they send it out.

I have always wondered even at a county fair why they couldn't go through a sale barn or something that was bonded so the kids could get their checks that day. It hurts to have to pay interest at the bank for an additional 30 days or more.
