How to put the tail hair in a ball so its fitted?

Just wondering the easiest and best way to fit the tail on a steer

I tease it with a comb (like big 80's hair!) then take some tail adhesive, roll a little under then plaster it with tail adheasive and form.  At least we don't have to bend the tails and use zip ties like we did years ago.  My husband hates that I ball the hair, but he'll live.  I think it presents a nicer finished calf

Go to a show and watch someone that will teach you how to do it... not that hard once you learn but can look BAD if you don't...
