Has anyone had issues with the temperments on his calves? I had a few and all of them seem to be nut jobs...not sure if it was the wrong combination and I'm hoping it's that as I do like his calves but wow...I thought my BIM where tough. Had one out of a bloodline that's had 20 calves for me over the years and this is the first time I have had a tough one from them.

Not experienced the craziness but my only problem is they are plenty straight shouldered and kneed.  Hope they grow out of it.

I've had one  real nice show heifer  pretty  nice hair and good on her feet.  I wouldn't call her tame or wild  any new situation she is nervous at first but then after that she is calm as can be  had her on my sale and the first 10 groups threw thought she was wild then she was fine    i wouldn't use him on a wild cow  but other then that they should be good

Its the Who Da Man in him.... Anyone who has been around any of his calves know that it is hit and miss as far as disposition.  Have a 2nd Calver right now that is just starting to calm down and we handle her daily.  One thing is for sure, never have seem too many bad ones, might be lightning on a rope, but they have all been good.

I knew about the who da man temperments. I like the calves, super flashy and just plain good. My luck has been that they have all been really tough including one that has been shown since she was 3 months at the side of her dam then as a prospect. Went to blow her out and she tore apart the chute and started comming after people. Its like a switch went off in her head, while she's been a challenge since she hit the ground this is just to much. Like I said, love the bull and like to know what anyone's trick are to breed down that temperment.
