I have a question for the masses. herd of cattle that is only bread to a regular bull. a bull that is bought at a farm. is it wise to bring in ai from a really good genetic BUll to improve the herd. okay I think I just answered my question. these cattle are not docile, they are somewhat a little bit wild. should I be getting that with new heifers, heifers I can start them early and bring their wild nature down. rather than to deal with a big cow that is a little bit wild?

Why would you start with wild cattle?  As to your question about AI or natural service, either will work depending on your resources and time.

AI could help improve many traits and give you some nice replacement quality heifers that you can tame down, but keep in mind that if they truly are wild cows that this could result in lower conception rates because the human-interference will raise adrenaline levels and in turn lower conception rates (just our experience with breeding crazy cows). It could also be more trouble than it's worth trying to Ov-Sync depending on your resources and time, as beebe said.

Seems like this is the poster formerly known as truongthanh that LLBUX has been complaining about.
Anyway, sounds like you haven't bought these heifers yet, so I wouldn't buy them. They will just cause one problem after another.

Don't  waste your time or money with wild stock.  Save a little  more and spend the money on quality cattle.  If you already bought the cows buy a good her ford bull and docile them down.
