Irish Whiskey x 6807 cow

Tell me what you think.....if you wanted a heifer calf out of her what would you breed her to? if you wanted a bull/steer what would you breed her to? she has not been PHA tested yet. Thanks....sorry the pictures arnt the greatest

Well for a heifer/cow prospect i would use anything ohlde angus. ( OCC Just Right, Anchor, Legend, ETC ). There are several females in the exposure sale every year that are bred this way and look awesome.

If you want to try something new I would use the new Mulberry son "Daytona". He is off an incredible cow.

For heifers out of an Irish Whiskey daughter...Hmmmm Sounds like a job for Chill Factor! I would like to see how Shiver does on Irish Whiskey daughters, I am going to hope for the best and put him on a couple Paddy heifers I have this fall. I also think any of the OCC genetics would work well for heifers. What about Calbreta Black Impact?

Probably the sleeper bull of all is dmcc bodybuilder, who is an occ anchor out of a maine doner- he is a calving ease sire-with bouncer(a son) being the lowest bw maine there is, but when crossed, they are the thickest cattle i have seen,other than wacko limousins, Take the time to go to showsteers, and look up diamond m cattle-kansas, and check out the doner page, you will see an absolute tank daughter. O0

The Simmi Amazon, the owners our on here. They had pretty good crop this year. P-F or Pohman's.
I thought Chill Factor, 3C Macho makes very nice heifers and is clean both ways.  I do'nt know about Climax but he is a Meyer so I do'nt see why he wouldn't work. Most of the exposure high sellers carry simmi angus genetics. Irish Whiskey seems to click real well with the Simmi's.

Chill Factor or Meyer 734 or Meyer sons Aftershock,Mamma's Boy. The HW genetics works with IW really well also.
