I have heard some good things about his daughters and I have been trying to get a few but have had all steers out of him. His steers are moderate boned, moderate muscled, and have okay front ends. I have never had a cripple out of him but there have been a few that are a tad straight for my taste.

Have a cow out of I, and a sonny x gizmo dam. Very moderate framed but is an easy feeding one and a pretty tight udder. She lost first calf but is due in the next month or so.  She keeps her condition year round. Little straighter set in the rear but does not have any issues other wise. Hairy as can be but sheds out pretty good summer.

JWR grandson.  He's sired by a bull that's by JWR and out of an old line bred Cunia high % Maine cow (that happened to come out Hereford colored).  We've been using him for 4 years now, and never had a cripple - maybe a couple that were straighter than ideal, but no train wrecks... yet anyway.  Size and color seems to follow the cow.

breed her to your bull.  How much you think she weighs?

She is due to calve to Bonanza in Jan.  If she doesn't take AI then she will get put in with Doc.  I am guessing she is 1600 or so lbs

He will take them down a tick. I would say he might pull a little out of your cow. He did ours.

Didn't think she was near that big.  Shows how deceiving pics can be.

I think you would like a JWR out of that cow.  When I got my Dora cow back from the flush facility late in 2008 I knew it was too late to get a useful purebred so I bred her to JWR and got a popper of a red brockle heifer out of her.  Dora is a 1500 pound mid 6 frame cow and the JWR daughter was moderate, thick, cool and sound!  DO it!
