In your opinion...
Who is the BEST Maternal producing bull of these three Breeds...Angus, Simmental, Maine Anjou & Shorthorn.
Bull must be proven.  i.e. have milking daughters in production.
You may use any "qualifiers" that you want...i.e.
"Best use for this bull is on shallow bodied cows needing belly and depth of rib".
"Best use for this bull is on short-to-moderate framed cows needing some frame and length of front-end and showy phenotype".
"This is the heaviest muscled Angus bull with good lower rear quarter that will still add depth of rib and a good front-end".

I will start with just a few...
Angus:  OCC Emblazon - Great All Around Angus Cow Maker.
Simmental:  3C Macho - Works great on smaller framed, deep, cows that need muscle, "look" and lengthen front-end.  Makes Great Half-Blood Simm x AN Cows.
    Maine Anjou:  Still Looking...
Shorthorn:  Jake Proud Jazz - Onto PB Shorthorns THF-PHAF, Deep bodied, heavy muscled, good front, good structure.  All around good bull.

Well, I'll start off with the simmy: I dont think you can beat a Dream On cow.  He works just about everywhere.  For the Maines im going old school and sticking with Chill Factor.  Angus would have to be OCC Legend.  Then I'd put Shadybrook Millenium on the list for the shorthorns.  Enjoy!

If you would like...you may choose to only post/comment on one or two breed(s) of bull that you are most familiar with.
Or you may like to choose a different breed of bull than the four that I started with.

i.e.

Charolais:  Out There - Linebred bull from Airharts in Texas.  Can use on a little bit of any breed.  Good structured, good profiled, clean fronted, heavy muscled, THF &
PHAF.  Will make "club calf cows".

Crossbred or Mongrels ("Knabe", LOL!):  Outsider - Wade Rogers bull.  Sired by Built Right x Witch Doctor cow.  Three way cross bull.  Used for production of "club calf
cows".  Has good structure, depth, good phenotype, and milk.  Works good on your current club calf cows that you want to
propagate, and not lose the front, muscle, and phenotype.

I'll play along. Business Done Right is on a tear as a clubby bull. I've never seen a structural wreck out of Young Money.
I'm a big fan of No Worries if he's bred to a clubby bred cow. Daddy's Money if the cow is a larger framed power cow.
Big fan of what Whizard is doing heifer wise.
