K-State Legacy Sale

The students at K-State are once again gearing up for the K-State Legacy Sale, March 4, 2011, in conjunction with Cattlemen's Day. Below is a little bit about what goes into the class, and videos of the featured lots. Hereford, Angus and Simmental cattle will all be selling in the sale. A great way to support our agriculture universities and students.

I have been to this sale a couple of times, and it is a really nice well run sale.

With the three breeds and bulls, heifers and bred cows available in each there is something available for everyone.

Jara posted a Simmi heifer that was selling that looked really nice.

I've heard the same thing about that simmi hfr.  I may just have to go look for myself!! 

Did you get her bought?

I am not sure who got her, but she brought $7,000. Below is a video of her. High seller was the good Hereford bull and he bought $11,100.
