[size=10pt]You are kidding, right?  ::) ::) ??? :eek: :eek: :eek: ;) :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: ::) ::)
This is a joke - red polled purebred Maine with calving ease and available semen - HOLY MOLY!! I pretty much gave up on Maine sires when the goal was black big butted and hairy

The last red polled purebred Maine bull marketed as calving ease was in the 90s - after his 1st calves hit the ground he sort of disappeared -

Get yourself some Ole's Oscar - red, polled, calving ease - really nice calves

call bentleys, doc son hermosa cattle

both have fullbloods with calving ease.

also call tru-line maines for starters

canada likes em red.  not sure if exportable, but i could ask around.

they are probably not going to be heifer bulls but may be lighter on birth.

i'll keep looking

It may be a little easier to look at some of the red gene carrier purebred Maines.  Tyson, Montego Bay, Witch Doctor, etc.  We are currently developing a polled, solid red 3/4 Maine bull calf out of Tyson and a Triple X first calf heifer.  He was born weighing 60# out of a first calf heifer.  Verdict is still out if he will make it to the next level, or just be a really good breeding bull.

Mark - I like red Maines too but I create them primarily using red carriers.

LLND Chili is a solid red HORNED purebred Maine bull sired by Power Plant out of a really good cow family (FRM Tryst) - he is a 1992 model with some accuracy for calving ease - AMAA # 166872. I have a Chili cow that I like a lot. He is also registered as a 3/4 Shorthorn - last I knew SEK had semen
