Lactation Pellets?

We have a cow calf pair who has a couple of  months left to show as a junior.  She is milking ok but her bag is not too full.  Want to get opinions on feeding her lactation pellets.

how old is the calf?  Is the cow in good BCS?  She could be naturally starting to dry up as the calf requires less milk.  I have one cow that dries up at 4 months postpartum every year but her calves are always in the top half at weaning weight time.  I have no experience with lactation pellets so someone else will have to offer that advice

The cow is super powerful with tons of muscle and ample condition.  She just hasn't been a huge milk producer yet.
