last years calf update.

this calf i posted here last year. i sold him to my cousin and they won their class tonight with him. weighing in at 1578 and looking damn good doing it too. judge had a lot of good to say about him. . can you imagine a 70 lb girl handling a 1600 pound steer like a puppy dog? it happened  8) 8) not to mention they won their class in the feeder show. then my other cousins won grand county bred ,reserve division and their class with another steer they got one of our buddies, then they got second to the grand overall in class. not a bad night. he squared right up in that butt and filled in behind his shoulders. thick as a truck.

Thats is great that he did well for them. He is that Doctor. Who steer right? He looks great. (clapping)

well he was better than 6 steers so... more red meat 

I guess you're right, I just dont like seeing fats much over 1400. Nowadays 1285-1325 seems to be the magic number around here

You really dont see any steers that are 1600 at shows.. wonder why? lol

probably because most of them were slaughtered 300 lbs earlier lol
