Does anybody know anything about this bull? Has he been used much, what is his bw, advisable for heifers, etc.?

He is @ a bull stud. I don't know if he has frozen any quality semen yet, but there are no calves out of him. He is a 2009 model. Looks to be a good "club calf" bull.

I concur.
People can't believe we have such a big moon for such a small town.

i knew there weren't any calves out of him yet. I was wondering being out of Ali, if you thought it would be ok to use him on heifers with heatwave on the dam side. I don't think i want to try it but wanted some other opinions, it doesn't post his bw anywhere, would like to know what that is. Do they have any frozen semen on him yet?

Thriller is out of a really stout Heat Wave cow.  I wouldn't even dream of trying him on heifers.  after about 3 years of calves and confirmed low birth weights and calving ease you might think about using him

Saw the bull at Hawkeye last week.  Looked good for the most part, plenty straight off the rear end, but most are.  Lots of rib for a clubby bred sire and plenty thick.  I made note of him as one to not yet write off.

I also got that text but u have to think about it. When that picture was taken in the yards at his stalls somebody was probably standing a good ways away from him. The other picture of him is close up off of another picture so there is a difference but not as big as what everyboy thinks there is.
