Seen some led lights that attached to the vertical parts of the chute but can't remember the name of em. Anyone help me out with the name?

Go to Menards and buy a LED Bar Light.  The magnets won't work, but you can zip tie them on.

We put together this lighting system works great. No shadows. Can tilt both sides. We have 10 times more light then you need but its much better then not enough. Sullivan Supply was very interested in marketing it but felt it might hard to travel with to shows. So now I planning on marketing on my own. Or maybe another supplier will pick it up yet to market.

We just use cheap track lighting. You can move individual lights to or away from different spots and you can always add lights. They are cheap, very durable and travel well. Need light on the hip slide all 8 bulbs south and your good. They come ready to wire so you can use whatever lenght of cord you see fit.

That's pretty neat and clever
We recently put toggle switches oh our fan cage so we don't have to unplug our fans at shows to turn them off

I found 4' LED shop lights at Walmart for about $25 each. I just zip tie them to the chute. They were by the fluorescent light bulbs. I was pretty satisfied with them this past weekend at Iowa Beef Expo. They are only 1" in diameter and fit inside the halter door of my upright showbox.

We have the Lakeside Lights that Sullivan Supply sells.  They are slightly tilted at the 45 degree angle and hit full light right on the calf.  I only used the two top light bars and the butt one at Expo, but the set comes with 6 light bars that attach to steel chutes with magnets or come with velcro straps to easily attach to aluminum chutes.  Love mine.

A quarter of the price of the Sullivan's lights. Just as good imo.

I have used these for 2 years and absolutely love them. $20 a light at walmart. I use duct tape to attach them to the shoot and lay one on the floor. They can be a hassle getting to aim just right but for the money I saved I'm okay with that.

We developed these and have had some really good feedback from customers. They are a bright light that isn't blinding and set up takes just a few minutes. For more info call or text Andrew Sterud @ 605-204-1037 or email [email protected]. He is planning on being in Oakland, NE the weekend of April 1-3 if you'd like to see them in person. H and H Show Supplies also has some sets on hand and they will be in Chillicothe, MO this weekend

HomeRaised - have you used them? They look like they'd work great.  I might have to pick up a set.

Sorry for the slow response, I was out at a show all weekend. I initially bought two from Walmart. I liked them so much that I bought the 6 pack. They have a nub on them that is meant to hang them from, but I use that to keep them pointed inward on the calf and they light stays out of your eyes. I use zip ties to connect to the chute. I have had a lot of people asking where I got them when at shows.

I store them in two 4" PVC drainage pipe tubes. (Drainage pipe is thinner walled than SCH40 pipe = lighter weight)

4' long led lights kit includes two lights, clamps and storage tube price is shipped to you. Simply loosen wing nut on clamp and slide off light then clamp on chain around tube and slide lights into tube for storage. Four light kit is $175. 2 light kit is $125.
