Only got 2 so far - bred for mostly younger calves this year - a nice Monopoly Heifer out of a Shorty cow and a Basic Instinct steer prospect out of a Shorty Plus cow sired by 100 Solutions

We have a really good Rocky Balboa heifer the only I don't like about her is the curly hair and that seems to be a Rocky Balboa thing. Then we have a really thick, hairy, big bone and powerful Walks Alone heifer that should have been a bull calf and our other favorite calf is a Carnac heifer. The Carnac heifer is huge but came unassisted and is growing like crazy. I have to say these 3 are the best calves we have ever had! Really excited to see how they turn out.

I have yet to see a bad Amen calf......and they got hair, even the THF matings! Got 2 Trifecta's that are good calves and I think he will have his spot in the Simmy world. Right Answer is the best angus bull I have used in a long time. Calves are fancy, come easy and grow fast.

Used TM Gus AI little larger than expected out of mature cow but nice heifer and is going to make a great female. Used Limestone Jupiter on a clubby bred female had unassisted bull calf 68#s weaned off at 5.5 months 600#'s. The rest of the calves were out of our Ohlde bred bull. Great success on heifers. Using Jake's bull on the entire herd for this coming year's calving.

Had about 45 calves sired by TG/RRA Complete all unassisted and they have grown like weeds. The oldest calves are now 6 months old and look to be in the 650-700 lb range already. Very pleased with growth, volume, and soundness. I am also really pleased with my CF Star Bucks calves. Although I had one heifer and like 22 bull calves from him this year it is clear to me that he is going to be getting more and more popular in the coming years. Very structurally correct, consistent, easy fleshing, docile, and attractive looking calves. CF Flex calves are attractive but too big of frame and too large of birth weight for me. Had 6 Flex calves and all bulls...

Walks Alone and Bodacious definitely stood out for us, also Hollywood seems to work really well and bred some back that way again.  Dream Catcher and Amen both really clicked well for TH Free alternatives.  Disappointed with my Monopoly calves.  Not as hairy as I had hoped for and kind of all over the place for frame and style.

We were really pleased this year with our calves by ACC General 4U, Diamond Prophecy 21P, Diamond Xplosion 23X, and Glenford Captain 39X.  We have retained 16 bulls which are being put on test starting on November 1 2012.  (thumbsup)

What cows did you breed Hollywood to?
